Day 15 - Letter N
Today we step into the letter N, and with it comes an invitation we introverts oh so often forget to honour in this busy season, or feel pressured not to.
Nourish.
Nourishment is not decorative.
It is the foundation that keeps you steady, clear headed and able to function without running on fumes.
December typically nudges or barges us toward overextension, as if tending to ourselves is optional. It is not.
Tiredness, tension and emotional heaviness are simple signals that your system needs tending to.
This is where nourishment takes centre stage, not as indulgence but as maintenance and will be an important learning in the Practices and Plays of The Flourishing Introvert Playbook.
So pause for a moment today and consider this.
- What do you need to feel truly ‘nourished’?
- What helps your body feel rested rather than depleted?
- What brings your mind back to clarity instead of fog?
Nourishing yourself is not dramatic.
It is consistent, intentional care.
It is how you remain grounded in a season that often forgets to slow down.
