Trust Yourself
Day 21 - Letter T
Today offers us the letter T, and with it comes a reminder many introverts quietly lose sight of in the noise of this season.
Trust Yourself. Not just your signals but your judgement, your discernment and your right to stand firmly on your own side.
We introverts spend years being told we are, too sensitive, too reflective, too slow.
After a while, the world’s impatience can start to sound like authority.
But it is not.
You are the one living inside your energy, your capacity and your truth.
No one else is qualified to override what you know from the inside out.
Trusting yourself is not defiance.
It is self-loyalty.
It is choosing to back your own experience even when others do not understand it. It is believing that your pace is legitimate, your decisions are considered and your boundaries do not require a supporting argument. This is what sovereignty looks like in quiet form.
So take a moment today and ask yourself:
- Where have you been talked out of what you already knew?
- Which decisions felt right for you long before others approved?
- What shifts when you decide to stay on your own side, especially when you are tired?
Trusting yourself is not a luxury. It is the foundation upon which everything else stands.
Before you go, look towards tomorrow. We arrive at the letter U.
Any thoughts on what our U word might be, especially one that helps you soften your season?
Quietly, and trustingly yours,

The Original Flourishing Introvert
